Back-to-School Expo ‘Behind the Scenes’

The 2015 Back to School Expo? All in a day's work for the Berry Center A/V staff.

The Berry Center AV staff responded to the call for computer support for the 2015-2016 Back to School Expo, held Aug. 17. Dave Schrandt, director of admissions, attendance and transfers, was thankful of the crew for getting everything set up early.

The Berry Center set up more than 60 computers hard-wired to the network, five printers, 20 other laptops connected via WiFi and four copiers. More than 3,000 guests attended the Expo.

  

The A/V team set up more than 60 hard-wired network computers in addition to 20 laptops connected via the wireless network.

Thirty-six laptops are powered and ready to go for Back to School Expo registration booths.

The team issued a special thanks to Doug Baker and Art Ramirez for providing additional cabling, as well as Xerox for providing additional copiers.
